Working with Matt in updating our website was fantastic. We had three distinct parts to our business, which he developed an understanding of, before creating a website that captured the needs of the business, allowing it to be accessible for our clients and workshop participants. We can now direct people to one site, and they can then find out more about what we offer. Matt developed a site that allows us to edit content based on the needs of the business, but we continue to have the back up of his skills when required.
Our business identity started as a bunch of things knew we didn’t want, coupled with contradictory requests like having to be “professional but fun…” Out of this, Matt and his note pad gave us a range of possibilities that were cleverly whittled down over a couple of meetings to a logo and brand identity that represents us perfectly.

As an online business our website is our shop window and our catalogue. We have a lot of products that need a little explanation, so the images have to be more than just a picture of the box. Matt has photographed over 500 products for us, most of those images tell a better story than the written product description next to them.
